Investment Manager – NBFC / Banking

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the company’s investment portfolio.
- Evaluate investment opportunities across debt, fixed income, bonds, mutual funds and other approved instruments.
- Conduct financial, market, credit and risk analysis before investment decisions.
- Monitor liquidity, returns, maturity profiles and portfolio performance.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, investment policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, brokers and investment partners.
- Prepare investment MIS, portfolio reports and management presentations.
- Provide investment recommendations to senior management / Investment Committee.

Candidate Profile





- 5–10 years of relevant experience in NBFC / Banking / Treasury / Investments / Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products and risk management.
- Good analytical, financial modelling and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and investment/financial MIS.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in Treasury, ALM, Investment Management, Portfolio Management or Corporate Finance in an NBFC/Banking environment.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
