Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business operations. The intern will work closely with vendors, customers, riders, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in daily operational activities and coordination.
- Support vendor listing and vendor onboarding processes.
- Assist vendors with product addition and updates.
- Monitor and coordinate orders, shop-related issues, and operational concerns.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, riders, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Assist in managing offers, banners, promotions, and campaigns on the platform.
- Maintain and update operational data using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Track assigned tasks and follow up on pending activities.
- Support the operations team in achieving business and operational targets.
- Identify operational issues and report them to the concerned team.




- Perform other operational tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Basic understanding of business operations.
- Ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.

Educational Qualification

- Students or graduates from BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, or other relevant fields can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
