Hiring: Office Leasing Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Office Leasing Manager to drive Grade A office leasing, generate new mandates, manage corporate occupier and landlord relationships, and close leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leasing mandates from developers, landlords, corporates, IPCs, and channel partners.
- Manage corporate occupier requirements and identify suitable office spaces.
- Handle client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive transactions till closure.
- Handle Built-to-Suit (BTS) requirements and developer alternate opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporates, developers, landlords,



and brokers.
- Track market trends, inventory, rentals, and competition.
- Maintain CRM, pipeline, MIS, and achieve leasing revenue targets.

Candidate Profile

- 8–10 years of experience in Commercial Office Leasing / Corporate Real Estate.
- Robust Grade A office leasing and transaction closure experience.
- Excellent corporate network and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lease structures and local market.
- Experience with IPCs, developers, or real estate consulting firms preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
