Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth for our construction projects.

The candidate will be responsible for generating construction project leads, meeting potential clients, understanding their requirements, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and converting leads into confirmed projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in construction, residential projects, real estate, villas, or related industries and should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Generate new leads and business opportunities for construction projects.
- Identify potential clients through referrals, networking, digital platforms, channel partners, and market visits.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Client Handling

- Meet prospective clients and understand their construction requirements, budget, location, and project expectations.
- Explain the company's construction process, pricing, timelines, quality standards, and services.
- Conduct client presentations and project/site visits.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals effectively.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Construction Project Sales

- Promote and sell residential construction, villas, premium homes, renovation, interiors, and related construction services.
- Coordinate with Architecture, Design, Estimation, Projects, and Execution teams to prepare accurate client proposals.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the project execution team.




- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.

Lead & Market Management

- Track and update all leads and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Develop referral networks with architects, consultants, brokers, property professionals, and other business partners.
- Explore new markets and identify potential business opportunities.

Reporting & Performance

- Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
- Track leads, calls, meetings, site visits, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and revenue projections.
- Review performance against assigned targets and take corrective actions.

Qualification

Pay: ₹14,379.95 - ₹60,099.54 per month
