Client Servicing Executive – Job Description

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The person will support the client servicing team in managing client communication, coordinating with internal teams, tracking deliverables, and ensuring smooth execution of client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist with day-to-day client communication.
· Coordinate with internal teams such as SEO, Content, Social Media, Design, and Performance Marketing.
· Track client requirements, tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
· Prepare and maintain client reports, trackers, and meeting notes.
· Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
· Assist in preparing client presentations and updates.
· Participate in client calls and internal meetings.
· Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to relevant teams.
· Monitor project progress and highlight delays or issues.
· Support the team in maintaining solid client relationships.
· Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve productivity and communication.
Requirements :
· Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Robust organizational and follow-up skills.
· Good understanding of digital marketing is an advantage.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
· Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
· Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
· Good knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is preferred.
