Are you an experienced Construction / Project Manager who can take ownership of projects from planning to execution and final handover?

We are looking for a robust Project Manager – Construction to join our Projects team in Patna, Bihar.

Position Details

Role: Project Manager – Construction
Location: Patna, Bihar
Experience: 8–15 Years
Industry: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure / EPC
Employment: Full-Time

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- End-to-end construction project planning and execution
- Managing multiple construction sites/projects
- Monitoring project timelines, milestones and deliverables
- Managing civil construction, RCC, masonry and finishing works
- Coordinating MEP and other project activities
- Contractor, subcontractor and vendor management
- Leading site engineers, supervisors and project teams
- Project budgeting, cost control and resource planning
- Quality control and ensuring work as per approved drawings/specifications
- Site safety and compliance
- Coordination with Architects, Consultants, Engineers, Vendors and Internal Teams
- Identifying execution challenges and implementing corrective actions
- Preparing project progress reports and presenting updates to management
- Ensuring timely project completion and successful handover

What We’re Looking For

8–15 years of relevant construction/project management experience
Strong experience in end-to-end project execution
Experience handling residential/commercial building projects




Proven contractor & subcontractor management experience
Strong team-handling and site-management capabilities
Good understanding of RCC, civil construction and finishing
Experience in MEP coordination
Strong understanding of project planning, timelines and budgets
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred
