About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and onboarding.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, good sourcing capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Conduct telephonic/virtual screening interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure timely joining.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Explore cutting-edge sourcing strategies to improve hiring turnaround time.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare hiring reports as required.
- Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are met.

Who Are We Looking For?

- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
