WE ARE HIRING – STORE MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our Jewellery Showroom operations, sales team, customer service and overall store performance.

Position-Store Manager – Jewellery Retail

Experience-Minimum 3+ Years of Jewellery Retail Experience is Mandatory.

Salary-₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Salary will be based on experience, skills and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

- Handle premium customers and ensure excellent customer service.

- Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups and CRM activities.

- Monitor daily sales, conversions and team performance.

- Ensure proper handling, display and security of jewellery stock.

- Coordinate with Accounts, Inventory and Management teams.

- Maintain daily sales, stock and customer reports.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

- Ensure showroom discipline, presentation and cleanliness.

- Drive repeat sales and build long-term customer relationships.





- Ensure all company SOPs and security procedures are followed.

Candidate Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in a Jewellery Showroom/Retail Store – Mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of jewellery sales and showroom operations.

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Target-oriented and sales-driven personality.

- Knowledge of CRM and MS Excel will be an added advantage.

- Smart, presentable and professional personality.

⭐ Preferred Candidates

Candidates with previous experience as Store Manager, Showroom Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Senior Sales Manager in a reputed jewellery brand will be preferred.
