Job Summary

Lere Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Russian Language Trainer to join our online teaching team. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Russian and excellent communication skills, with the ability to conduct engaging and effective online classes for students at different proficiency levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive and engaging online Russian language classes.
- Teach Russian language from beginner to advanced levels (A1–C1).
- Develop and deliver structured lesson plans based on students' learning goals.
- Teach Russian grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills.
- Provide regular assignments, activities, assessments, and feedback to students.
- Customize teaching methods according to individual student needs and learning levels.
- Help students improve their spoken Russian and overall communication skills.
- Prepare students for Russian language examinations, if required.
- Maintain a positive and professional learning environment during online sessions.
- Track students' progress and provide appropriate feedback and guidance.
- Use online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

Requirements

- Excellent proficiency in Russian and English, both spoken and written.




- Minimum B2/C1 level proficiency in Russian; native or near-native proficiency is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Russian Language Trainer/Teacher is preferred.
- Ability to teach students from A1 to C1 levels.
- Strong knowledge of Russian grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in online language teaching will be an added advantage.
- Russian language certification or a relevant degree in Russian Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfortable using online teaching tools and platforms.
- Must have a stable internet connection, laptop/desktop, webcam, and a suitable setup for online classes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a student-focused approach.
- Flexible availability according to student and batch schedules.
