Description

1. We are looking for a Estate Manager to oversee and manage Rental and Agricultural land properites.

2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for property operations, tenant management, and ensuring compliance with Tamil Nadu government land regulations.

3. Key Responsibilities:

a) Manage and oversee all state-owned properties by the company

b) Identify, arrange, and onboard rental tenants for properties

c) Prepare, execute, and maintain rental agreements as per government norms

d) Collect rent and ensure timely payments and proper record-keeping

e) Ensure compliance with Tamil Nadu government land governing and land management laws

f) Handle all property-related administrative and legal documentation

g)



Liaise with government authorities and other stakeholders as required

h) Any other associated property management tasksRequired Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualification:

A) Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university

B) Experience: Proven experience in handling rental tenants and property management

C) Knowledge: Well versed with Tamil Nadu Government Land Laws, Land Governance, and Land Management Acts

D) Skills : Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills Ability to travel by Two wheeler / bus as required

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
