We are seeking a motivated and experienced Immigration Consultant / Team Leader to guide clients through immigration processes while achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel clients on suitable immigration pathways based on eligibility and requirements

Manage inbound and outbound leads, follow-ups, and client conversions

Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets

Handle documentation, application procedures, and process coordination

Maintain accurate client records and application status updates

Provide professional customer service before and after application submission

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case processing

Guide and support junior consultants when required

Requirements & Qualifications





1–2 years of experience in sales or counseling in a target-based industry

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly targets

Good understanding of processes and documentation handling

Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude

Self-motivated, dedicated, and career-oriented

Experience in immigration consulting is an added advantage
