Position: Lead Generation Executive
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Mohali
Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other channels
Identify potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline
Conduct market and prospect research
Maintain lead records and follow up with prospects
Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads
Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in lead generation or B2B sales
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Solid follow-up and client-handling abilities
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Good knowledge of LinkedIn and online lead-generation platforms
