We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team and ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Manage and motivate warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy in stock management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting for shipments and inventory.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety procedures.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and solve operational challenges.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Logistics Management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
