- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience running or working at a CSC / Digital Seva Kendra
- Familiarity with CSC portal, Aadhaar enrollment software, and banking correspondent (BC) operations
- Basic computer literacy (typing, internet browsing, printer/scanner use)
- Positive communication skills in local language and Hindi/English
- 10+2 or Graduate preferred
- Own or access to CSC-compliant infrastructure (computer, printer, biometric device, internet) is a plus

- Basic accounting/cash management
- Knowledge of government schemes
- Reliability and integrity in handling citizen data
