We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to help our Prime Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients fill their open IT positions.

Job Responsibilities:

- Source IT & Engineering candidates using platforms like Ceipal, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and TechFetch
- Screen candidates to ensure they match client technical requirements
- Verify US work visas (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.) for authenticity
- Format and optimize resumes using Microsoft Word
- Understand and analyze technical job descriptions
- Shortlist and submit qualified candidates for open roles

Qualifications:

- Graduate (Computer Science background preferred) – No result-awaited candidates
- Minimum 6 months of experience in US IT Recruitment (Freshers are not eligible)
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong communication skills

Shift Timing:

- Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
