Roles and Responsibilities:

Connect with industries to bring training orders to the CSR Training Centre by identifying company training needs and coordinating placement opportunities for trainees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with companies and industries.
- Identify training requirements from companies and bring training programs to the centre.
- Coordinate corporate training programs for industry employees under sustainability/CSR initiatives. Maintain a database of companies, training programs, and industry contacts.
- Coordinate with the training team to deliver programs as per industry requirements. Support placement activities by organizing interviews, connecting trainees with employers, and tracking placement outcomes.




- Collect and maintain placement-related documents from companies for records and reporting. Prepare and document success stories of placed candidates for reporting and project documentation.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
