Job Description:
The Deputy Manager - Training is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees in accordance with company goals. This role involves conducting needs analysis, creating training materials, and facilitating training sessions for various teams within the organization. The Deputy Manager will also assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.



Collaboration with other departments to identify training needs and align programs with business objectives is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement training programs that meet the needs of employees.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at different levels.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in designing training materials, including manuals and e-learning modules.
