Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Admission Counsellor to handle admission-related enquiries, guide prospective parents and students, and support the team in achieving customer service and admission conversion objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counselling, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from parents and students regarding school admissions.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and admission-related concerns.
- Provide accurate information about schools, admission procedures, eligibility, and selection criteria.
- Guide parents in evaluating suitable school options.
- Follow up with prospective customers and support the admission decision-making process.
- Manage the complete enquiry-to-admission counselling process.
- Handle customer objections and resolve queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Update customer information in CRM or internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely assistance to customers.
- Support junior counsellors by sharing guidance and best practices when required.
- Monitor follow-ups and ensure timely communication with prospective customers.




- Contribute to team performance and assigned business objectives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in admission counselling, education counselling, student counselling, customer service, inside sales, or a related field.
- Experience in school admissions, education services, or EdTech will be an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Excellent counselling, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Strong follow-up, relationship management, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and meet assigned performance objectives.
- Positive computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve performance goals and earn Attractive incentives and bonuses.
