Host Onboarding Intern

Kizhakeyil Technologies LLP is a technology startup based in Trivandrum focused on building web applications, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, and digital solutions for businesses.

ChooseMyStay is our stay discovery and booking platform focused on homestays, villas, apartments, private pool villas, and family/group stays.

We are looking for a motivated Host Onboarding Intern to help us identify suitable properties, communicate with property owners, collect property information, and assist them in completing the ChooseMyStay onboarding process.

This role is suitable for candidates interested in startups, tourism, hospitality, operations, business development, and technology platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

- Research and identify suitable homestays, villas, apartments, private stays, and other properties
- Contact property owners/managers through phone, WhatsApp, and other available channels
- Explain the ChooseMyStay platform and host onboarding process
- Assist interested property owners throughout the onboarding process
- Collect and organize property information including:
- Property name and description
- Photos and videos
- Pricing information
- Capacity and room details
- Amenities
- House rules
- Location information
- Follow up with property owners for missing information
- Coordinate with the internal team for property verification
- Ensure onboarding information is complete and accurate before the property is listed
- Maintain onboarding status and follow-up information in the company's tracking sheet/CRM




- Assist the team in making approved properties ready for listing on ChooseMyStay

Training will be provided for the ChooseMyStay platform and onboarding process.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Comfortable communicating with property owners/managers through phone and WhatsApp
- Positive organizational and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Maps, WhatsApp, and online research
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and work independently

Good to Have

- Interest in tourism, hospitality, startups, business development, or operations
- Knowledge of Trivandrum and nearby tourist locations
- Previous experience in customer support, sales, operations, or onboarding
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or CRM tools

Internship Details

- Location: Trivandrum (On-site)
- Duration: 3 months
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Number of Vacancies: 1

Compensation

- Fixed Stipend: ₹2,000 per month
- Host Onboarding Incentive: ₹500 for each approved and successfully onboarded property

The host onboarding incentive is paid in addition to the fixed monthly stipend.

An internship certificate will be provided upon successful completion.

Candidates who perform well during the internship may be considered for a long-term position with expanded responsibilities and compensation based on performance, attitude, and company requirements.
