Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out

Experience:5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong knowledge of interior fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates, and rate analysis.

* Handle tendering, subcontractor/vendor quotations, and comparisons.

* Review and certify subcontractor bills and site measurements.

* Manage variations, additional works, and final accounts.

* Monitor project costs and support commercial management.

* Coordinate with site, design, procurement, and project teams.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of relevant QS experience in interior fit-out.

* Good knowledge of BOQ, billing, variations, and cost control.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

* Experience in commercial and office interior projects is an added advantage.

* Valuable communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹15,604.20 - ₹30,000.00 per month
