- Handling day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping of the club and ensuring timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Managing sales/revenue accounting for membership, F&B;, banquet/events, sports, and other club activities.
- Preparing and maintaining daily collection, cash and bank records, including regular bank and cash reconciliation.
- Handling vendor invoices, purchase entries, expense booking and accounts payable, ensuring proper supporting documents are available.
- Monitoring member receivables/outstanding dues, preparing ageing reports and coordinating with the concerned team for timely recovery.
- Managing inventory and stock accounting, including reconciliation of F&B; and other consumables with the relevant records.
- Assisting in monthly book closure, preparation of MIS, trial balance, P&L; and other financial reports required by management.
- Ensuring timely and accurate GST, TDS and other statutory accounting-related compliances,
in coordination with the ACO finance team.
- Coordinating with auditors and internal finance teams for providing schedules, ledgers, supporting documents and clarifications.
- Ensuring proper documentation, internal controls and adherence to the company's accounting policies and SOPs.
- Reviewing POS/ERP transactions and ensuring that all revenue and expense transactions are properly accounted for.
- Supporting the Club Head and ACO finance team in budget monitoring, expense control and financial analysis.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality, club, hotel or resort sector.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
