Job Summary

Muthoot Finance Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Officer to promote and sell Pre-Approved Personal Loan products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, lead conversion, relationship management, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell pre-approved personal loan products to eligible customers.
- Contact existing customers and follow up on assigned leads.
- Explain loan features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and repayment options.
- Generate new business through customer referrals and relationship building.
- Achieve monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.
- Collect and verify customer documents in accordance with KYC and company guidelines.




- Coordinate with operations and credit teams to ensure timely loan processing.Requirements

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0-2 years of experience in banking, NBFC, financial services, or sales preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
