Job Description for Relationship Associate - Bancassurance at Axis Max Life Insurance:

As a Relationship Associate in Bancassurance at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will play a crucial role in promoting our insurance products through bank channels. You will be responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with banking partners, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with bank staff to promote and sell insurance products effectively.
- Identify potential customers and facilitate the insurance buying process.




- Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff to ensure they are well-informed about our products and services.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights for improvement.
- Address customer queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and bank staff.
- Good understanding of financial products and insurance concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools for tracking sales and customer interactions.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance or banking, is an advantage.
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance related to insurance sales.
