Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS Executive to manage daily reporting, data analysis, and accounts-related MIS activities. The candidate should be comfortable working with MS Excel/Google Sheets, VLOOKUP, Tally, and accounting software such as BUSY.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update data in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Use formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables, etc.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for financial and operational data.
- Handle basic accounting and data-entry activities.
- Work on Tally / Tally Prime and BUSY Accounting Software.
- Generate reports and provide data to management as required.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of MIS reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.




- Strong understanding of VLOOKUP and Excel formulas.
- Knowledge of Pivot Tables and data analysis.
- Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

- Graduate in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant MIS and accounts experience will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who has hands-on experience in MIS reporting + Accounts, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and practical knowledge of Tally Prime and BUSY.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
