Job Responsibilities:

- Experience in sheet metal Tool Design and crew software at least for 3 yrs.
- Lead complete design activities including concept design, process design, tool design, gauges and launch.
- Preparation 2D/3D design, BoMs, Engineering drawings, Control plan with robust command on CAD tools.
- Profeciency in CAD tool (For Autocad, CREO is prefered)
- Active Participation in APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, and PFMEA activities to ensure robust design and process development.
- Initial Product Feasibility review.
- Preparation Design calculations.
- Coordinate production trial run and process validation and testing ensuring complience with customer requirements.
- Support tool manufacturing activities.
- Knowledge of Tool manufacturing, Tool Material selection
- Identify and implement design and process improvements (functionality, cost, design for manufacture)

- Evaluate impact of changes on tooling, process, cost, and quality
- Support smooth SOP and production ramp-up
- Apply GD&T;, material standards, and customer-specific requirements
- Release of product drawing and tool drawing with final approval.
- Update engineering documents after approval
- Escalate design risks, feasibility concerns, or data gaps.
- Raise Engineering Change Requests
- Recommend design or drawing corrections
- Communicate drawing clarifications with manufacturing and quality teams.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
