Job Title: Machine Technician – Sample Development

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Sample Machine Technician to support the operation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery used for sample development and production activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth machine operations, carrying out basic maintenance, and supporting the production team in developing samples as per required specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor sample-making and production machinery.
- Set up and adjust machines according to product and sample requirements.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and identify mechanical issues.
- Carry out preventive and routine machine maintenance.
- Assist in machine repair, adjustments, and replacement of basic components.
- Support the development and modification of product samples.
- Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
- Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, measuring tapes, and other basic tools.
- Ensure machines are operated safely and efficiently.
- Maintain machine-related records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Production, Design, and Engineering teams for sample development.
- Follow company quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Required Qualifications:





- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in machine operation, maintenance, production, or a similar technical role.
- Hands-on experience with industrial or manufacturing machinery.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to use basic measuring instruments and hand tools.
- Positive problem-solving and practical technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the packaging, paper, manufacturing, or engineering industry will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of sample-making or production machinery.
- Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and machine components.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn new machinery and processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
