Sidspire Bespoke Furniture is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager with experience in furniture or interior sales to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities in furniture and interior segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers
- Handle customer inquiries, site visits, and close sales effectively
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with operations and design teams for smooth project execution
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in furniture sales or interior sales
- Having good contacts with builders and Architects
- Solid communication, negotiation,



and leadership skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Good product knowledge in furniture/interior solutions
- Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: ₹50,000+ per month (According to relevant experience)
- Attractive incentives based on performance
