SUPPLY COORDINATOR (Caregiver Recruitment & Onboarding) — Razano Home Care

Razano is a home healthcare company that provides trained, verified caregivers to families. We're hiring a Supply Coordinator to recruit, verify, digitally onboard, and manage our pool of qualified caregivers.

Two things that matter most for this role:
1. You're confident with technology and laptop work. A big part of this job happens on a laptop — building caregiver profiles online, keeping our digital trackers updated, and onboarding candidates through our web-based apps. You'll be happiest here if you enjoy working on computers and pick up new tools easily.
2. You understand nursing, GDA, and medical attendant work. You'll need real familiarity with caregiver and nursing qualifications and hospital/home-care roles, so you can screen candidates well and confirm they're genuinely qualified to care for someone's parent.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Recruit GDA, nursing attendants, and trained medical caregivers through job platforms (Apna, WorkIndia, Indeed, JobHai), healthcare institutes, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates over calls and interviews using our screening scorecard.
- Assess medical competence — verify GDA/nursing certifications, validate hospital and home-care experience, and judge whether the candidate can genuinely handle bathing, feeding, mobility, bedridden care, BP/sugar monitoring, and post-surgery support.
- Collect and verify documents (Aadhaar, PAN, photo, GDA/nursing certificates, references) per Razano's verification process.
- Build a complete digital profile for every caregiver on your laptop — enter details, upload documents, run them through our web-based onboarding app, and generate their ID card from our template.
- Maintain our caregiver database and digital trackers daily (Google Sheets, our web onboarding panel, shared Drive) — organised by skill, shift, hours, and location.
- Create client-facing caregiver profiles using our online profile tool so families can review and choose.




- Match the right caregiver to each client booking and coordinate deployment, ensuring documentation is complete before assignment.
- Manage caregiver WhatsApp Business groups (duty posts, availability, no-show tracking).
- Continuously recruit to keep a ready standby pool for upcoming bookings.

Tools you'll use every day (we'll train you, but you should be comfortable learning them):

- A laptop (required) and a smartphone.
- WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, Google Drive.
- Our web-based onboarding, profile-making, and document tools — full training is given, and you'll be working on these independently once you're set up.
- Canva or similar for ID cards (template provided).

WHO WE WANT

- Confident and quick with technology — comfortable on a laptop, working across spreadsheets and web tools, and happy to learn new apps. This is a big part of the day-to-day.
- Good knowledge of nursing / GDA / medical attendant work — you understand healthcare qualifications and what genuinely good bedside care looks like. Just as important as the tech side.
- Previous experience in healthcare, hospitals, nursing coordination, healthcare recruitment, staffing, or HR. Candidates with hospital or nursing-sector experience are strongly preferred.
- Experience in candidate verification, document checking, reference checks, and experience validation.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Very organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable — you keep records clean and never let the pool run dry.
- Comfortable speaking with healthcare workers and candidates on calls.
- Based in Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula.

SALARY
₹15,000/month base + ₹300–500 for every caregiver successfully deployed on a booking. A hardworking, high-performing coordinator earns well above base through deployment incentives.
