We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hypermarket. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, customer service, sales, inventory management, and team-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the overall daily operations of the hypermarket and ensure smooth store functioning.

* Lead, supervise, and motivate department supervisors, team leaders, and store staff.

* Monitor daily sales, targets, productivity, and overall store performance.

* Ensure proper product display, pricing, stock availability, FIFO, and planogram compliance.

* Monitor inventory, stock movement, damages, expiry, shortages, and wastage.

* Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

* Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, HR, Warehouse, and other departments.

* Ensure proper implementation of company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.

* Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.

* Conduct regular department inspections and follow up on operational issues.

* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper housekeeping throughout the store.

* Support promotional activities, offers, seasonal campaigns,



and sales initiatives.

* Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly operational and sales reports.

* Ensure compliance with applicable statutory, safety, and company requirements.

* Identify operational challenges and take timely corrective actions.

* Achieve sales and operational targets while maintaining cost efficiency.

Requirements

* Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hypermarket, supermarket, retail, or similar industry.

* Previous experience in a Store Manager / Branch Manager / Operations Manager role preferred.

* Strong leadership and team-management skills.

* Good knowledge of retail operations, inventory, sales, and customer service.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple departments.

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.

* Knowledge of MS Office/Excel and retail software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
