Job Description

Job Purpose: The position is essential for executing various PPC activities, including processing plan releasing, maintaining data for processed and to‑be‑processed material reports, preparing control charts, and daily follow-up with the CCD team regarding urgencies and processing plans. Additionally, the role involves updating the processed material sheet to ensure continuous plant operations with zero PPC‑related downtime.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. PPC Operations & Daily Planning

The position holder is responsible for executing various PPC (Production Planning & Control) activities, including daily planning, releasing processing plans, and maintaining accurate reports for processed and pending materials.

2. Control Chart Preparation & Coordination





The position holder must prepare daily control charts and continuously follow up with the CCD team regarding urgent requirements and processing plans.

3. Urgency Management & Production Coordination

The position holder must coordinate with the CCD team to obtain urgency releases, discuss the same with the production department, and ensure timely processing of materials as per priority.

4. Inter‑Plant Coordination (Hisar & Jajpur)

The position holder must follow up with the Hisar and Jajpur teams for processing plan releases, urgency updates, MIGO posting in the system, and allocation of materials in SAP to ensure smooth operational flow.
