Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Contest Fulfillment & Rewards Management.

1. Ensure 100% fulfillment of Monthly, Quarterly, and Sizzler contests within agreed TAT.

2. Achieve timely closure of contest reward distribution with minimal customer/sales team escalations.

3. Maintain tracker and governance for all contest payouts and reward dispatches.

Vendor Payout Management

1. Coordinate with vendors and finance teams for timely processing and settlement of payouts.

2. Ensure payout files are validated and submitted as per defined timelines.

Reduce payout delays and discrepancies through proactive follow-up and monitoring.

Reconciliation & Financial Controls

1. Perform monthly reconciliation of payout files with vendors and finance teams.

2. Ensure accuracy in payout calculations and closure of discrepancies within stipulated timelines.

3. Maintain audit-ready documentation for all payout transactions.

Vendor Governance & Onboarding

1. Complete vendor onboarding and agreement renewals within defined timelines.

2. Strengthen governance through periodic reviews and compliance tracking.

3. Ensure all vendor documents, contracts, and approvals are updated and maintained.

PR/PO & Procurement Management

1. Create and process PRs and POs for all vendor-related payouts and rewards within SLA.

2. Coordinate with stakeholders to prevent delays in procurement and payment processes.

3. Ensure timely closure and tracking of procurement requests.

Stakeholder & Cross-functional Coordination

1. Collaborate effectively with Sales, Finance, Admin, Vendors, and Mail Room teams for seamless execution of reward and payout programs.

2. Conduct periodic review meetings and share status updates with management.

3. Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
