- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a relevant subject.
- 1–12 years of teaching/faculty experience, preferably in JEE, NEET, or other competitive exam preparation.
- Strong subject knowledge in Chemistry, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
- Experience teaching JEE/NEET aspirants and familiarity with competitive examination patterns and requirements.
- Excellent Tamil and English communication skills.
- Strong classroom management and student-engagement skills.
- Ability to simplify complex Chemistry concepts using practical examples and effective teaching methods.
- Willingness to work in an offline teaching environment.
- Candidates should be willing to relocate anywhere in Tamil Nadu, based on business requirements.
- Should be comfortable handling students across different academic levels and learning abilities.
- Ability to prepare lesson plans, assessments,



practice materials, and provide regular academic guidance.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring students, and helping them achieve competitive-exam goals.
- Candidates with experience in reputed coaching institutes, schools, or competitive-exam academies will be preferred.
- Compensation will be based on experience, subject expertise, and overall fit for the role.
