1. Home-safety operations
- Schedule and participate in senior-home safety assessments.
- Record room-by-room risks using Kushalaya’s checklist.
- Take photographs only after obtaining consent.
- Prepare product and installation recommendations.
- Collect and compare quotations from product suppliers.
- Identify, verify and onboard installers.
- Coordinate grab bars, anti-slip products, lighting, ramps, bathroom aids and other improvements.
- Be present during important installations.
- Inspect workmanship before accepting completion.
- Manage warranty claims, complaints and rework.
- Maintain transparent product and installation pricing.
2. Everyday senior-assistance services
Coordinate and, where appropriate, personally provide:
- Scheduled home visits and companionship.
- Grocery and essential-item assistance.
- Household repair coordination.
- Supervision of plumbers, electricians, carpenters and appliance technicians.
- Basic mobile phone, television and video-call assistance.
- Courier, printing and simple administrative errands.
- Accompaniment to banks, government offices, shopping or social outings.
- Non-medical hospital accompaniment, only when separately approved.
- Family updates after every completed service.
The employee must not administer medicines, provide medical advice, handle ATM PINs, sign documents for seniors or make financial decisions.
3. Vendor and installer management
- Find at least two providers for every essential service category.
- Check identity, references, experience and previous work.
- Negotiate written rate cards.
- Verify punctuality, senior-friendly behaviour and workmanship.
- Ensure technicians clean the work area.
- Track customer complaints and rework.
- Suspend vendors who repeatedly fail quality or conduct requirements.
- Ensure there are no undisclosed commissions.
4. Customer and family coordination
- Explain the visit’s scope, expected time and estimated cost.
- Obtain approval before purchasing products or starting work.
- Communicate patiently with seniors.
- Update adult children or NRI family members.
- Record receipts, photographs and work completed.
- Escalate safety concerns without exaggerating or providing a medical opinion.
- Obtain customer confirmation after completion.
5. CRM and documentation
Every enquiry and interaction should be recorded in the CRM, including:
- Customer and family contact information.
- Lead source.
- Home-assessment results.
- Requested services.
- Consent and approvals.
- Assigned employee or vendor.
- Scheduled and actual visit times.
- Products, vendor costs and customer charges.
- Photographs and receipts.
- Complaints, rework and resolution.
- Customer satisfaction and referrals.
- Next follow-up date.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
