Job Responsibilities:

- Collect blood samples from patients through venipuncture and capillary/finger-stick techniques.
- Ensure proper patient identification before sample collection.
- Handle, label, and store blood and other diagnostic samples accurately.
- Maintain sample integrity and ensure timely transfer of samples to the laboratory.
- Follow proper infection control, hygiene, and biomedical waste management procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of patient details, sample collection, and related documentation.
- Explain the sample collection procedure to patients and provide a comfortable and professional experience.
- Ensure availability and proper handling of phlebotomy equipment and supplies.
- Follow all clinic/laboratory SOPs and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the laboratory and clinic team for smooth sample processing.
- Assist with other sample collection activities such as urine, stool, or sputum collection when required.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Qualification: DMLT / BMLT / Phlebotomy certification Mandatory
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in a hospital, diagnostic centre, clinic,



or pathology laboratory preferred.
- Freshers with proper phlebotomy training may also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of blood collection and sample handling.
- Positive communication and patient-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Should be comfortable working in a clinical/diagnostic environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
