An Alberta-based trucking company running 40-50 reefer and dry van trucks cross-border is hiring experienced remote dispatchers in India. Direct contract with the carrier. Immediate start. 3 positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES - FROM DAY ONE

- File Canadian and US customs eManifests (ACI, PARS, PAPS) and send crossing packets to brokers

- Enter orders and build trips in the TMS - assign truck, trailer and driver, split border legs, update arrival and departure times

- Track and trace: pickup and delivery updates, ETA management, broker and customer tracking requests

- Communicate with drivers on WhatsApp and phone

- Use AI tools to automate repetitive work and monitor loads for exceptions

GROWS INTO

- Planning inbound and outbound truck coverage

- Booking freight against pre-set rates and CPM

Rate negotiation and broker relationships remain with our Canadian office.

OUR STANDARDS

- Drivers answered within 2 minutes, always - acknowledge immediately even if the answer takes longer

- Customers and brokers replied to or escalated within 5-10 minutes

- Accuracy is not negotiable. A wrong customs filing costs real money and this work has no margin for error

- Self-report mistakes immediately. No blame for honest errors, but they must not repeat

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years US or Canada truck dispatch experience

- Hands-on experience filing ACI / ACE / PARS / PAPS eManifests

- Confident with a TMS and load boards

- Proficient with AI tools and able to verify their output





- Excellent spoken and written English

- Fluent Punjabi and/or Hindi

- Available for rotating shifts across a 24/7 operation, weekends included

- Learns fast and retains what is taught

HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENTS

- Own laptop or desktop (i5 / 8GB minimum)

- Dual monitor setup - required, not optional

- Wired broadband 50 Mbps or better, plus mobile hotspot backup

- Inverter or UPS power backup

- Quiet space and a headset

Location: Remote, anywhere in India. Punjab / Chandigarh preferred.

Schedule: Rotating shift, 24/7 operation, weekend availability required.

Shortlisted candidates receive a short written scenario test.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
