Job Description for Operations Manager ( Kirti nagar , Delhi) for Australian BPO

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with strong exposure to international outbound sales. The ideal candidate should have proven team handling experience and the ability to manage large-scale operations efficiently.

Key Requirements:

Responsibilities: Mandatory experience in international outbound sales.

Minimum 2 years of documented (on-paper) experience.

Salary slips are mandatory for verification.

Proven experience managing a team of 60–70+ members.

Strong leadership, operational, and performance management skills .

Ability to handle targets, productivity, and process optimization.

Manage daily operations of international outbound sales processes.

Lead, mentor, and drive performance of large sales teams.

Monitor KPIs, targets,



and overall team productivity.

Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.

Coordinate with senior management for reporting and strategy execution

Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiner.
