Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Customer Success Executive in Vadodara. The candidate will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, coordinating software implementation, managing asset tagging processes, communicating with customers, providing training and support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the implementation journey.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in implementation, customer success, support, or a related role

Good understanding of software implementation and project coordination

Strong customer communication and relationship management skills

Ability to conduct product demonstrations and user training

Positive problem-solving and analytical abilities

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

Strong organizational and follow-up skills
