Job Summary

We are looking for a Helper / Packing worker to support daily production, packing, and dispatch activities. The role requires physical fitness, discipline, and the ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in packing finished products as per company requirements.
- Check product quantity, labels, and packing material before dispatch.
- Load, unload, and arrange materials safely.
- Support production and dispatch teams in daily work.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the packing area.
- Handle materials carefully to prevent damage.
- Follow supervisor instructions and workplace safety rules.
- Report damaged, missing,



or incorrect materials to the supervisor.
- Perform other assigned duties related to production and packing.

Requirements

- Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in packing, production, or factory work.
- Ability to perform physical work and handle materials.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety.
- Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
