About the Role

Zorba Estates is looking for a Real Estate Management Trainee to join our Bengaluru team. This role provides practical exposure to property sales, customer coordination, property listings, market research, and day-to-day real estate activities.

The trainee will work closely with the team, learn the real estate business, and support assigned activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day real estate activities.
- Coordinate with customers and property owners.
- Understand customer property requirements.
- Assist the team in identifying suitable properties.
- Support property listing and information collection.
- Follow up with customers and property owners.
- Assist in coordinating property visits and meetings.
- Maintain customer and property-related information.
- Conduct basic research on properties and locations.
- Support business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal team members.
- Prepare basic activity reports.
- Complete assigned tasks within the required timelines.

Stipend & Incentives

- Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000.
- Performance Incentives: Additional incentives will be provided over and above the monthly stipend.
- Incentive eligibility will be based on assigned targets and individual performance.
- Eligible incentives will be calculated for the applicable performance period and paid along with the respective monthly payout, as per company policy.

Full-Time Opportunity

Successful trainees may be considered for a full-time position with Zorba Estates after completion of the internship, based on performance, skills, and business requirements.
