Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Executive to support our organisation's growth. This role involves exploring new business opportunities, expanding our market presence, building professional networks, and contributing to the development of long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and explore new business opportunities across relevant markets and industries.
- Independently generate leads through networking, referrals, online research, social media, and other business development activities.
- Connect with potential clients, businesses, and partners to introduce the organisation's services.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients and business partners.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, customer needs, and potential areas of expansion.




- Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings and prepare suitable proposals or presentations.
- Follow up on business enquiries, partnership discussions, and potential opportunities until successful closure.
- Maintain accurate records of business contacts, opportunities, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Support the achievement of organisational growth and business development targets.

Requirements

- Freshers can apply; 1+ years of relevant experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and building networks.
- Willingness to travel or attend meetings when required.
- Basic computer/CRM familiarity preferred.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.
