Position: Estimation Engineer
Location: Nagercoil
Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project budgets.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project, design, procurement, and site teams.
- Prepare tender documents and support bid submissions.
- Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain estimation records and project documentation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in estimation, quantity surveying,



or project costing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Solid analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of construction, MEP, lighting, or façade projects will be an added advantage.
