- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly construction plans
- Check RCC, PCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plaster, flooring and finishing works
- Verify BBS, drawings, BOQ and site measurements
- Monitor concrete quality and cube testing
- Control material consumption and wastage
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects and clients
- Prepare DPR, progress reports and measurement sheets
- Ensure safety and quality compliance
- Identify project delays and take corrective action
- Complete project within time, cost and quality targets
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
