About the Role

Trustiv is looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR activities and support the company's hiring and people operations.

This is a full-time opportunity suitable for someone who wants practical experience in HR and is comfortable working in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and follow-ups.
- Post job openings on relevant job portals and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the company.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities.
- Support attendance, leave, and basic HR administration.
- Communicate with employees regarding HR-related matters.
- Assist with employee engagement and people-related activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and HR records.
- Support other day-to-day HR and People Operations requirements.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Comfortable using job portals, Google Workspace, and basic office tools.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and employees.
- Organized, responsible, and able to follow up consistently.
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday from 1:00 PM onwards.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge or experience are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹40.00 - ₹50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 per week
