Job Responsibilities

- Supervise the day-to-day operation of all utility equipment and systems.
- Monitor and operate RO, DM/EDI, Purified Water (PW), Chiller, Cooling Tower, HVAC/AHU, Pumps, Compressors and other utility systems.
- Monitor utility parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, level, humidity and conductivity.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities to Production and other departments.
- Ensure all utility equipment is operated as per SOP, GMP and safety requirements.
- Maintain and verify logbooks, checklists, shift reports and equipment records.
- Supervise preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with the Engineering, Production, QA/QC and other departments for utility-related requirements.
- Identify equipment abnormalities, breakdowns, leakage, alarms and other issues and take immediate corrective action.
- Ensure proper operation and monitoring of HVAC and PW systems as per plant requirements.
- Manage and guide Utility Operators during daily and shift operations.
- Ensure proper shift handover and communicate pending issues to the incoming team.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure safe working practices in the utility area.
- Support GMP audits,



internal audits and regulatory inspections by maintaining required records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, SOP and company policies.
- Prepare daily/shift utility reports and escalate major issues to the Engineering Manager.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
