Required Candidate profile - Engineering Graduates or Diploma holders in any discipline with Good Knowledge AutoCAD 2D & Solid works .
DESIGN ENGINEER ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Design engineer is responsible for the overall Racking systems Layout Preparation, Pallet design, material handling system design and Estimation.
- Preparing BOM & BOQ , Technical specifications and Quotations.
- Maintain Design Data.
- Understand client requirements from sales or directly from client & suggest appropriate racking solutions.
- Should be able to handle & delegate work.
- Capable and experienced in managing and performing projects in a quick paced environment
- Candidate must have thorough knowledge of design principles of steel structures with software skills for layout planning, design optimization.
DESIRED PROFILE:
- Good Knowledge Autocad 2D & Solid works
- Above Average Communication Both Written and oral English
- Analytical Skills and ability to work under supervision.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, be flexible as needs change
- Ability to work on own initiative single person role
- Effective working knowledge of IT tools like MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)

utilizing advanced design software and engineering principles. This position requires a strong foundation in industrial engineering and a passion for creating efficient, effective solutions across various applications.
Duties
- Develop detailed engineering designs using software tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Assemble and weld components as necessary to create prototypes or final products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics and logic controllers into designs.
- Design tooling for manufacturing processes, particularly focusing on plastics injection molding.
- Create project schedules to ensure timely completion of engineering tasks and deliverables.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of design processes, modifications, and specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD for 2D and 3D modeling.
- Experience with assembly, welding, robotics, tooling, and logic controllers is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with plastics injection molding processes is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in project scheduling.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
