- Handle gold loan applications and customer enquiries.
- Verify KYC documents and maintain records.
- Assist with gold valuation, loan processing and disbursement.
- Handle repayments, cash transactions and basic accounts.
- Update customer details in the computer system.
- Ensure proper handling and security of pledged gold.
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Skills: Basic computer & accounts knowledge, valuable communication skills.
