Key responsibilities :

Preparing strategy and execution of Hospital marketing activities

Hospital services awareness campaign planning & execution

Managing marketing team

Visit and build strong relationships with doctors, consultants, and specialists to encourage patient referrals.

Promote services, features, and advantages to potential referring doctors.

Meet monthly and quarterly referral and revenue targets.

Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure a smooth referral process for patients.

Organize and conduct marketing events, such as CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, camps, and doctor engagement events.

Maintain accurate records of doctor visits and referral data, and analyze trends to improve performance.
