Position: Client Relationship Manager

Location: Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the inbound sales team to achieve business targets
- Conduct product training sessions and ensure team members have thorough product knowledge
- Monitor sales calls, customer interactions and service quality
- Perform regular quality checks and provide feedback for improvement
- Support the team in converting leads and handling customer queries
- Track team performance and implement strategies to improve conversions
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare performance reports and update management regularly

Requirements:

- Proven experience in client relationship management, sales team handling or customer service management
- Solid leadership and team training abilities




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in quality monitoring and performance management
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting

Salary: Best in Industry

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edapalli, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
