- Attend customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain service requirements to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of service.
- Provide service estimates and obtain customer approval.
- Monitor vehicle service status and provide updates to customers.
- Conduct vehicle delivery and explain completed work and billing.
- Handle customer queries and resolve service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with Spares, Service, and Warranty teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve service targets.
- Maintain proper service records and documentation.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
