Hiring: Business Development Executive

Location: Tollygunge/Kudghat, Kolkata | WFO
Experience: 3–6 Years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month
Working Days: 5 Days
Working Hours: 9:30 AM–5:30 PM

Key Requirements:

- Must have an existing client pipeline/network
- Experience in Recruitment/Staffing Business Development
- Strong B2B client acquisition & relationship management skills
- Must understand the end-to-end recruitment process – Client Sourcing → Requirement Generation → Candidate Sourcing → Interview → Selection → Joining
- Ability to generate current recruitment mandates and achieve business targets
- Strong communication, negotiation & follow-up skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new clients and generate recruitment requirements
- Manage existing client relationships and develop repeat business
- Coordinate with recruiters for timely candidate delivery
- Handle client negotiations, follow-ups and closures
- Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
